Sam has been with the firm since 2009 providing both audit and tax services to privately held companies, private equity funds and not-for profit organizations. Sam advises clientele from a wide-ranging industry base on accounting, taxation, and financial reporting matters including those in the software and other high technology, manufacturing, and service industries. Sam's areas of particular audit and accounting experience include emerging business and start-up entities, tax planning and reporting, business combinations, equity accounting and revenue recognition.
Sam is a member of the firm's A&A team which is responsible for overseeing audit methodology, implementing accounting standards and providing training to all KN+S staff.
