EXPERIENCE SUMMARY

Sarah has more than 10 years of public accounting experience providing both audit and tax services to privately held companies, private equity funds and not-for profit organizations. Sarah advises clientele from a wide-ranging industry base on accounting, taxation, and financial reporting matters.

Sarah is a member of the firm's A&A team which is responsible for overseeing audit methodology, implementing accounting standards and providing training to all KN+S staff.

INDUSTRY FOCUS

Sarah works with large and small companies, but focuses on start-ups and venture and angel backed entities. She specializes in a number of industries, including computer software and other high technology companies, manufacturing, services companies and not-for-profit entities. Her tax experience includes reporting, planning and compliance for closely-held corporations, partnerships and individuals.
