Gary has over 27 years of public accounting experience in the Greater Boston Market.  Gary has worked with a wide variety of privately held clients. He has managed and performed tax and advisory services in the areas of accounting for Partnership/LLCs, Corporations, S corporations, as well as Individuals.

Gary’s responsibilities include the planning and the filing for both Federal and multi-state filings for his diverse client base.  He is also heavily involved in consulting and problem solving.

INDUSTRY FOCUS

Gary has mainly focused on clients in the real estate industry.  Gary specializes in the tax treatment of partnerships with a focus on 1031 exchanges, 754 adjustments as well as 704(b) allocations.  He also works closely with owners, developers, and attorneys in creating LLC and partnership agreements.

Gary’s practice also involves helping out small to medium size businesses and individuals in a variety of industries with both planning and the filing of Federal and State filings.
Gary is also involved with solving disputes with the IRS and state tax agencies.
